What happens after you reach out
We reply personally to every inquiry. The first conversation is about fit and scope — your site, your architecture, how you plan to use the space. From there we outline an approach and a fee proposal, including an FF&E budget range where custom furniture through MERCANTIL is involved. The studio works bilingually in English and Spanish and manages design, production and installation on the ground, so clients building in Baja from the U.S. or Canada have one accountable team from concept to handover.
