Avid golfers who fell for the rugged terrain of the Quivira Golf Course bought two stacked four-bedroom penthouses, then asked Hillary Kent to merge them into one home for a growing family of married children, grandchildren and lifelong friends. The studio unified the two units into a serene, distinctly Baja retreat: neutral tones and clean architectural finishes warmed by custom terracotta tiles, hand-embroidered Otomí headboards, woven accents and handcrafted local art. Two generous outdoor living areas — a private pool and a firepit for starlit gatherings — anchor the home, while the bedrooms are drawn for privacy and rest.
