INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
Hillary Kent is a luxury interior design studio based in Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, working across Los Cabos, Mexico City and Miami. We design and furnish hotels, resorts, spas and private residences — and through MERCANTIL, our sourcing and production arm founded in 2021, we bring the work of México’s finest artisans directly into every project. Our luxury residential interior design spans villas, beach houses and condos; our hospitality practice covers hotels, beach clubs and restaurants; and our spa and wellness work is built from natural materials and honest craft.
The studio was built on an unusual combination: East Coast luxury training and deep roots in Baja. Hillary holds a BFA in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and began her career under Victoria Hagan, an Architectural Digest Top 100 designer, before leading design at textile and furniture companies serving the hospitality industry. That background — rigorous residential craft on one side, large-scale hotel work on the other — shapes everything we do.

Hospitality Interior Design
Hotels, resorts, beach clubs and restaurants. From concept development to custom furniture production, we create hospitality spaces rooted in place — like our furnishing work for the Ritz-Carlton Reserve Zadún beach club and the Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas. Where we work
Why work with the studio
Most design firms specify from a catalog and hand off. We design, source and produce under one roof, which means the piece you approve on a sample board is the piece that arrives — made for your rooms, your climate and your story. Clients engage us two ways: as a full-service interior design studio, or as a furnishing, sourcing and production partner alongside their own architect or design firm, the role we played with EDG Design and Other World Design on recent resort projects. Either way, one accountable team carries design intent from first sketch to final walk-through.
