INTERIOR DESIGNER IN TODOS SANTOS

Todos Santos is home. As the resident interior designer in Todos Santos, Hillary moved to this Pueblo Mágico after a life-changing Baja trip in 2020, and the studio has been rooted here since — a working base surrounded by the artisans, builders and makers who appear in every project. If you’re building or furnishing in Todos Santos, Pescadero or the quiet stretches of the coast, you’ll be working with the studio that lives on your street. It’s baja interior design at its most local: designed in town, made in town, installed in town.

What we do here

Local work

Paros House — the Mediterranean-Baja villa where every material and every piece of furniture was made in Baja. Also in and around town: Casa Blanca Sur, Gavilán Hilltop and Bajavaria — four published local projects.

Why local matters in Todos Santos

Building in a Pueblo Mágico rewards presence. Municipal character rules, coastal microclimates and artisan lead times are all easier to navigate from ten minutes away than from a plane. Hyper-local production isn’t just a sustainability story — it means the carpenter can visit the site, the plaster sample dries in the same air, and installation happens when the house is ready rather than when a container clears customs.

What we make here

Being this local changes what a home is built from. Furniture is prototyped in workshops a few minutes away; plaster is hand-finished by the same crews that know how it cures in coastal air; terracotta, woven fiber, local timber and hand-thrown ceramics come from makers we can visit on a Tuesday. Nothing waits on a container to clear customs. That proximity is the whole argument for interior design in Todos Santos done right — shorter supply chains, tighter quality control, and a house that carries the fingerprints of the town it stands in.
