Los Cabos is where the studio’s hospitality portfolio lives: the Ritz-Carlton Reserve Zadún beach club in San José del Cabo, the Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas restaurants and public spaces, and the renovated Well Spa at Chileno Bay Resort. Designing for the Cabo climate
Marine air, relentless sun and the wear of a busy rental calendar are design inputs here, not afterthoughts. We specify finishes and produce furniture through MERCANTIL’s workshops to contract durability standards — pieces that hold their beauty through salt, season and turnover. Most of our residential owners live in the United States while building in Cabo; the studio manages design, production and installation on the ground, in English and Spanish.
From the corridor to the East Cape
The studio works the whole geography of Los Cabos — the marina and old town of Cabo San Lucas, the galleries and golf communities of San José del Cabo, the resorts strung along the Tourist Corridor, and the quieter stretches of the East Cape and Todos Santos beyond. That range matters: a beach club on the Sea of Cortez, a corridor villa and an off-grid retreat each ask for different materials and different logistics. Because design, production and installation sit under one roof, we can match the approach to the site rather than the other way around.
