Canto Pacífico is a new-build, three-bedroom, three-bath luxury villa set on the side of the arroyo, with mountain and ocean vistas and tropical desert minutes from the beach. MERCANTIL collaborated with acclaimed architect Gaddo Piazzesi on the interior, cabinetry and finishes for a chic, distinctly Italian look. A custom chef’s kitchen opens to the living room for entertaining large groups, while a ten-person outdoor dining space faces the ocean beside an infinity pool. Each bedroom has an en suite bath and custom closets.
