Bajavaria Biergarten & Restaurant sits in the Las Tunas neighborhood of Todos Santos, where the owners wanted a pub that feels modern yet old-world. The intimate interior draws you around a U-shaped bar to explore craft brews and spark easy conversation, while the exterior garden takes on a true German biergarten spirit — string lights overhead and picnic tables where friends, dogs and kids gather for hours in the beautiful Baja climate. Every material was made in Mexico; the accessories were gathered from family, flea markets and art from across Mexico, the USA and, of course, Germany. The result is a warm, collected room that reads as a neighborhood institution rather than a new build.
