Los Cabos is where the studio’s hospitality portfolio lives: the Ritz-Carlton Reserve Zadún beach club in San José del Cabo, the Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas restaurants and public spaces, and the renovated Well Spa at Chileno Bay Resort. From our studio an hour up the coast in Todos Santos, we serve Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor with full interior design, custom furniture production and artisan sourcing through MERCANTIL.

Designing for the Cabo climate
Marine air, relentless sun and the wear of a busy rental calendar are design inputs here, not afterthoughts. We specify finishes and produce furniture through MERCANTIL’s workshops to contract durability standards — pieces that hold their beauty through salt, season and turnover. Most of our residential owners live in the United States while building in Cabo; the studio manages design, production and installation on the ground, in English and Spanish.

Yes — the whole corridor, plus the East Cape and Todos Santos.
Do you work with U.S.-based owners?
Most of our residential clients live in the U.S. while building in Baja; we manage everything on the ground, with a Miami office available for meetings.
Can you furnish an entire development or hotel?
Yes — MERCANTIL produces custom furniture at contract scale, as at the Four Seasons and Zadún.
